Happy Hour is an exquisite new Jamaica house rental located in the gated community of Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay. This villa in Jamaica is located in the gated community of Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay. Here villas have private sandy waterfronts with swimming areas and the bay beyond, which offers impressive snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

When entering the villa, there is a double-height entrance hall that leads into the main indoor and outdoor living areas. There is a formal dining room with a wall of windows to the left, while to the right, there is a comfortable sitting room with soft, deep leather sofas. To get onto the outdoor terrace with more dining space, seating, a large bar with a TV, and a cappuccino/espresso station, guests have to walk through one of the three 25ft doors. This covered terrace leads to an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, a gazebo overlooks a pool, a hot tub, and a grassy lawn. Happy Hour has many outdoor areas for guests to enjoy each other and the surrounding views.

The main level of Happy Hour has a professional kitchen, where the chef and pastry chef prepare incredible meals for guests. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, one of which is one of the master suites and steam and sauna room. Both bedrooms on this level have an over-water private terrace that provides access to the main outdoor living areas. The upper level has five bedrooms. The massage/spa room with a garden-facing balcony, a media room equipped with a 96 inch TV and its own entertaining balcony, and a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade basketball, Pacman, and a foosball table.

Guests can walk done the seaside jetty to a covered ocean side gazebo with comfortable seating, a bar, and a sundeck. In the front of this luxury villa, there is a full tennis court that is lit for nighttime games, a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, and a large lawn.

Happy Hour is a lovely place for family and friends to enjoy each other's company inside and outside of the villa.
